A: It’s not clear what you mean by speech community. Do you mean everyone who speaks? Isn’t that already pretty much everyone? Or do you mean language learning community?

That aside, the first sentence is very passive and doesn’t sound natural. The second one would sound better if you changed “is including” to simply “includes” or “encompasses”

Are you including him?
Did you include him?
Not including him, who else do we have?

A: × Including you,there are 10people.
✓ Including you, there are 10 people.

Looks good!

A: × Including the period of a setback, I have been studying English for 3 and a half years with online lessons.
✓ Including a setback period, I have been studying English for three and a half years with online lessons.

A: Sounds natural, depending on the context. Very official-sounding. The tense is the only thing that confuses me, but again, I don’t have context.

A: In US English we don't normally use a lot of words. This would sound better as, "I don't want to talk about it. If any of your family members talk about it, I won't be responsible for my attitude/reaction."

A: "Including me, many Japanese people..." はもうちょっといい。
