It was great to meet you at my office last Monday. It’s too bad we could only talk for five minutes.

Thank you for the invitation to the dinner next week. I would very much like to come, but unfortunately, I can’t join you because I have to go to the medical conference on the same day.

However, I would like to invite you to give the same presentation about Merk’s new medications at my office in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. I think it would be better to meet after 5 pm on December 27. If you can make it, just let me know when a convenient time for you would be.
