Hi I am currently a pre-university student but I think my essay is too plain. I was assigned to write about the effect of being angry as my essay topic. The format of body paragraph taught is topic sentence + three supporting details + concluding line. The word count is around 80-100 words for one paragraph. So I have taken mental health problems as my main idea. Here is my essay:

Topic sentence : In addition, being angry causes mental health problems which may lead to suicide if they do not express their emotions in a right way and seek help from professionals. (I start the essay with in addition because I am writing for the second idea)

Supporting details :Anger is not a mental disorder. However unresolved anger leads to anxiety and depression. The individual might also suffer from insomnia in which they find it hard to stay asleep and rest well. Suicide occurs more frequently among individuals who are suffering from mental problems.

Concluding sentence: no idea how to start
