Câu hỏi về Tiếng Anh (Mỹ)
Do people still celebrate Christmas and other festivals as much as they did? Have the vibes and the atmosphere disappeared in their lives? I'm asking this because in China due to rapid economic growth and other various reasons, a lot of traditions seem to have slowly disappeared in our lives, so I wonder if it's the same in other countries (Sorry for my English if there is any mistake, I hope you guys can understand what I try to say here).

Speaking from the United States, I would say that people don’t celebrate holidays as much as they used to, or at least in the same way. Christianity in America has been in decline for a long time now, so religious holidays aren’t regarded as holy days to be spent in prayer with family in the way they were more commonly in past times. Moreover, I would say that family values and a strong sense of local community, for whatever reason, are much weaker than they used to be. Certainly economic factors are to blame, as well as other social factors. That isn’t to say that people don’t celebrate holidays, but it’s just not the same as it was before, particular the religious holidays.
