Cream bread criminal case is an issue in Korea. A poor guy who graduated from a university was working as a truck driver to feed his wife and also, to make her a teacher. He was crossing the road while carrying a cream bread to give his wife because she is pregnant but a car ran over him and so he died.

The whole thing is pretty dodgy but understandable. Do not forget to use indefinite articles like "a/an".
