You've worked really hard on your pronunciation! I teach English in Japan, so I can tell you're working hard =)
Of course, R is hard, but emphasize R more in "under." Also, since you're stressing that it's UNDER the desk not ON the desk, the stress for UNDER should go up and ON should go down.

The only reason I would say it is a little unnatural is the way you pronounce 'on'. Try to make it sound less like 'ahn' and more like 'on', if that makes sense.

Right. A bit more 'awn' than 'ahn'. Maybe like 'yawn', without the 'y'..? Maybe I made it more confusing? orz
